• Puzzle Day at Elfed High School

  Wed 05 Jul 2017 Ellis and Ruby - Year 4

  Miss Auckland and the Year 7's at Elfed led a fantastic Puzzle Day with our school and Westwood Primary School.  We had to solve problems like stacking mini chairs and balancing penguins.  I was the leader (Ellis) in our group and Ruby and I represented the school at the Puzzle Evening with our parents.  We finished the marble game and completed the Domino Rally.  It was really, really fun!  I also won a medal.

  A Drama lesson with Mrs Harding.

  Class 5 went in the hall to do a headline drama lesson about the Jabberwocky. It was so fun! Frankie and Thomas were the Jabberwockys . We all had to do a tableau for the head line of ‘Jabberwocky joins Drury pupils, dramatically!’. Mrs Harding took a photograph of us as if it was the proper photo for a newspaper. We have never had a supply teacher like her. She is funny, skillful and she even brings her guitar and we sing along with her songs.
